Ok so it finally happened....After 4 years my daughter finally told me...Without any prodding..."I Love You." What a big day in our house! Normally she will answer "I love you" after I say it first......But in the bath the other night I was washing Maddies hair and she leaned over and said "Mama, I love you." Talk about tears in my eyes! Here are pics of my 3 beauties..And yes...70 SLEEPS UNTIL WE LEAVE FOR VACATION!!!!

OK let me say one thing....71 SLEEPS UNTIL WE LEAVE FOR VACATION!!!!! We are so excited! Last year we went on vacation with our very best friends and we are so blessed to be able to do it again this year. This time however we get to go back to my old stomping ground in FLORIDA!!!!! We will be leaving on June 6 which is Noah and Sanites "Gotcha day" and traveling to Atlanta. We should be in Atlanta Early afternoon (provided we don't get up at the crack of dawn to leave!). For their special day we are taking the kids to the coca-cola museum, then to The Varsity for dinner, and then swimming in the pool. The following day we will go the remainder of the way into Tampa. Once we get to Tampa we are going to visit my parents graves and then swing over to Ybor City for an absolutely YUMMY Cuban Sandwich and Deviled Crab..With a side of Cuban Coffee (I am DROOLING right now as I say this!). Thursday evening we are having a cookout with one of my best friends from high school ( who was also the maid of honor at my wedding). I am so looking forward to seeing her and meeting her husband and daughter! The next day we are off to the MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) which was one of my favorites places to go growing up and I know the kids and Kyle will like it too. That night we will be meeting up with Lori and Spike and all their little lambs so we can start our vacation together! The rest of the week will be filled with beach days, Visits to the Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios Orlando, and Disney World! One other exciting thing is that on Sunday we "hope" to get to meet with someone who tried to share the gospel with my mother. She was a student of my mothers in High school and she is now a Christian. We hope to be able to attend the same assembly as her and her family that way we can "meet." It is odd how we met in the 1st place...... I am on several homeschooling groups through Yahoo! There was a discussion going on in the Church of Christ homeschooling group about Tampa and of course I had to get involved:) I briefly posted about how I grew up in Tampa and both my parents were public school teachers (yada yada yada). Before I knew it, word had gotten around and I received and email from someone who was not even on the list saying someone on that list had told her about this because she knew that my mom had been her favorite teacher! Pretty cool huh? Small world :)God works in some amazing ways! Well I better head off here because the kids are eating breakfast.....God Bless!

Ok, so yes I have been VERY bad about not keeping up with my blog but I tell you, sometimes there just does not seem to be enough hours in the day. Between normal household chores, schooling the kids, homeschool activities/fieldtrips/meetings, dance, wrestling, Church activities, t-ball, softball, speech therapy, Bible studies, soccer-soon to be football and cheerleading, Dr.appts, babysitting, and then sick kids you would think I would find time to get on here right?? LOL

Well we have officially finished our 2006/2007 school year. The kids did great! Noah is in kindergarten and is starting to read on his own. Last Christmas he was going around the tree showing what presents were his as he was able to read "To: Noah" LOL. Too cute. He is my little wrestler too. He started wrestling again this year almost a month back. He is doing GREAT! He can really tear them up on the mat. I didn't have to worry too much about injury last year, but he is getting pretty thought this year so I am thinking it is getting to be time to invest in some headgear and mouth guards. He is an AWESOME little boy (no longer a toddler as he had his 5th birthday last month!) who loves to snuggle with you one minute and then wrestle you the next! He has a laugh that makes me laugh until I cry almost everytime I hear it. He is my little man! GO GETTUM TIGER!!!!!

Sanite is now is 2nd grade. Wow that seems hard to say....2nd grade?!?!?! Even thought Sanite is homeschooled she still goes to our local public school for speech therapy. We have been complimented many times on her ability to read. She does and awesome job and works so hard. I am so proud of her! She is also my dancer. We had to switch dance studios this year due to her dance teacher closing up shop and completing her nursing degree. She now goes to dance in Scottsburg with her teacher Ms. Pam and she loves it! She has had a ball this year! She is anxiously awaiting the recital as she cant wait to show us all what she has learned! She is also hoping to be able to take part in the companies production of "The Nutcracker" this year but she is going to have to wait until they see what the ages are for the kiddos to participate. We shall see! We did have to make a stipulation that if she does this, there will be no fall sports for her as that would just be too much..She agreed! She must want to do this pretty bad :). She is also my little mama. She loves to help out with the other kids and it just comes so naturally to her. She is going to be a great mom when she grows up. I love you sunshine!

Last but certainly NOT least is Maddie...Well where do I even begin with this child....She is a spitfire if there ever was one...She is everywhere and into everything and has to share her opinion with anyone she meets LOL. She is one that you see dancing in stores, in church, anywhere there is music. This child LOVES to dance! I am seriously thinking about putting her in dance this summer to see how she does. Her favorite phrases as of late are "I didn't do it," " Nu-uh," and anything that has to do with "googies" (armpits LOL...Where she came up with that name WHO KNOWS?!?!). She is a funny little girl who like to try and gross you out. If she sees you looking at her and she has her shoe off she will stick her foot in her mouth to see what kind of reaction she will get out of you, either that or she will lick the bottom of her foot LOL. I am not sure where she learned this LOL Kyle?!?! na...She is a little bucket of sunshine and has a smile on her face almost all the time. However if she is upset you will know (and so will everyone around you!). Huggs and kisses to you my princess :)

Well I better get off here but hopefully I will be able to post more later. Here is a pic of my kiddos at my nieces wedding last month!
