Upon the purchase of a new ink cartridge for your printer, please remember to remove the plastic piece off the bottom before putting it into your printer. Failure to do so will result in the printer not printing. This will then result in utter frustration of just paying $35 for a cartridge that does not work. This will then end up in comments such as "stupid computer", "lousy printer", "dumb 'ol thing". Simply follow directions to begin with and such actions need not take place....not that I would know any of that from personal experience....it was a "just in case you need to know" type thing :)
